Fan Blades
a) High-Strength Blades: Made from imported high-strength aerospace magnesium-aluminum alloy with surface oxidation treatment. Developed using advanced fluid simulation testing software and wind direction experiments, these blades are designed to maximize airflow with minimal stress. They feature three built-in reinforcement ribs that enhance hardness and lifespan without compromising blade flexibility.
b) Tensile Strength: ≥300MPa.
c) ABS Turbulence Wingtips: The fan blade tips are designed with upturned ABS turbulence wingtips to effectively eliminate vortices generated during air movement. This design ensures a conical airflow pattern that spreads air in all directions, providing comprehensive ventilation. Chassis
a) High-Precision Chassis: Manufactured using 1500T hot forging, CNC lathe processing, and precision CNC machining. The hot forging process ensures the continuity of metal fibers, preventing tear damage and aligning the fibers with the shape of the forging to maximize mechanical performance. After CNC processing, the chassis precision is controlled within 100μm, ensuring precise dynamic balance.
b) Tensile Strength: ≥350MPa.
c) Blade Connection: Uses an external clamp method to connect the fan blades, making the structure simple and easy to maintain, with stable performance.
Control Box
a) Control System: Linte's independently developed stepless speed control system, featuring a reputable imported Taiwan Shilin adjustable frequency converter. It uses frequency conversion technology and microelectronic technology to change the motor power supply frequency, achieving energy saving and speed control.
